The Bucks County Stagers Association (BCSA) will become a chapter of RESA by the years end, our name will change to the Bucks County Real Estate Staging Association  (BCRESA). Check back for additional information.

Staging focuses on improving a property to make it appeal to the largest number of buyers by transforming the property into an appealing product for sale.

According to the National Association of Realtors, 80% of prospective buyers begin their search using the internet. It is imperative to make a good first impression with a professionally staged home, professional photographs for your listing and a realtor who knows how to market your property.

The next meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, November 4th at Bucks County Coffee Company, Doylestown, PA in the lower level conference room. Free for members, $5.00 for non-members.
